Domestic basketball stands to gain from the expert hands of the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA), as part of exchange project between the biggest women basketball league in the world and the local basketball entourage.
The exchange came into fruition following interest from former NBA legends to visit Seychelles earlier this year, which fell through due to a few snags.
Communications between the parties however kept flowing, culminating in a proposed project for the NWBA to now visit the Indian Ocean Island state sometime later in September.
The modus operandi and other details pertaining to the visit or visits are being discussed as we speak.
NSC officials Steve Hoareau, Rudy Joseph and Paul Denis are pictured below during a Zoom meeting with their American counterparts which occurred last week, facilitating the exchange.
