This passion naturally transitioned into a successful coaching career, where he mentored countless athletes, notably basketball players, shaping their skills on and off the court. Today, Sir Paul as most refers to him, serves as the esteemed Coaches Commissioner, a testament to his unwavering commitment to the growth and development of country’s coaches. In this role, he oversees the professional development of coaches, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to excel in their roles. Beyond his administrative duties, Sir Paul remains an active mentor and role model for aspiring coaches. He shares his wealth of experience through workshops, seminars, and one-on-one guidance, inspiring a new generation of coaches to follow in his footsteps.
