A lifelong advocate for Seychelles’ youth, Ghislaine Belmont has dedicated her career to empowering young people. She began her journey working with young people at the Seychelles National Youth Agency, where she quickly established herself as a passionate and effective leader, earning her a transfer to the National Sports Council, where she now serves as the top administrative executive. Understanding youths and their needs meant transferring her expertise from youth related work into sports administration happened with ease. Amongst her many duties as the Head of Administration is to oversee all administrative matters pertaining to the National Sports Council’s running and management of its headquarters and offices on both Praslin and La Digue.
