The Seychelles team has achieved a remarkable medal tally of 12 gold, 33 silver, and 40 bronze in the 11th edition of the Island Games.
Gold medals were earned in swimming (4), boxing (2), weightlifting (2), athletics (2), and women’s volleyball, where the team secured their historic fourth title on the final day of competition.
Other sports that contributed to the medal count in Madagascar include judo, karate, handi-sport, and petanque.
