The Seychelles swimming team took off for a competition in Dubai in the evening of Wednesday 21st June 2023 as its preparations for the upcoming Indian Ocean Island Games (IOIG) intensify.

Swimming’s participation in the yearly Hamilton’s Aquatic Summer Sizzler is a first official outing for the National Team under the tutelage of NSC’s caretaker committee, set up to manage the sport after the Seychelles Swimming Association (SSA) was struck-off by the Registrar General.
