The technical committee for the 13th African Games due in Accra, Ghana next March, started meeting with delegates from federations and associations this week, exacting details to facilitate the country’s preparation for the quadrennial Games.
Seychelles will be represented in athletics, judo, weightlifting, boxing, volleyball, swimming and beach volleyball in Ghana, disciplines chosen according to performances at the recent IOIG, except for beach volleyball.
So far the technical committee has met with weightlifting, swimming, and judo, and they have been urged to submit different plans in favour of their preparations.
